Accepted Methods of Payment:

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


Shipping Time:

All orders will be processed the same day unless the orders are sent in after FedEx cut off time (2:00 pm) usually, products are shipped within 1 working day after an order is placed. If not, we will contact you and let you know the current status of the order.


Warranty:

1 Year Limited Warranty: Bike Pro Inc. /BeBeLove USA warrants that the frame is free of defects for one year following the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and under normal use.

Repairs must be made by Bike Pro Inc. /BeBeLove USA or an authorized dealer, otherwise this warranty is void. BikePro Inc. /BeBeLove USA reserves the right to repair or replace the warranted trailer.

This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of this product, accidental or intentional damage, neglect or commercial use. Excluded from this warranty is liability for consequential property or commercial damages or for damages for loss of use. This constitutes the only warranty of BikePro Inc. /BeBeLove USA and its authorized agents and dealers and no other warranty or conditions, statutory, parole, collateral or otherwise (including conditions requiring compliance with description, fitness for purpose and merchantable quality) shall be implied.

In order for the original purchaser to validate their warranty, he/she will have to fill out the RMA form along with a picture of the damaged part.


Return Policy:

During the past year, many customers had been claiming defective after the grace period. 


1. Any defective product MUST be reported within three days upon receipt of it.  

Once a defective is reported, we will try to solve the issue by sending out replacement parts. If the issue is not replaceable, we will issue a call tag and ship out a new one. If defective products are reported after three days upon receipt, we will charge shipping and replacement parts. Below is the price chart. Shipping is included.

2. Any man-caused damages to the products will not be accepted. All returned products will be inspected by our inspectors to determine that returned goods are really defective upon arrival.

3. We will only accept Never Been Used and NEW products being returned back to us. If a returned good has been used or is dirty, the good will be returned back to the buyer on his/her expense and we will charge $25.00 on your account.

This policy applies to buyer’s remorse as well. If a stroller has been used, we will not accept it. 

In order to maintain the highest standard possible, BeBeLove USA Inc. does not resell used or/and dirty strollers.  All used or/and dirty strollers are thrown away. In order to provide the lowest price possible, we will really appreciate your effort if you can help us to minimize the unnecessary work and loss.

4. All returned products must be in its original box.

5. Buyer’s Remorse: Buyers have up to 14 days upon receipt to decide whether or not they want to keep the product. Once again, we will only accept products in a Never Been Used and NEW condition. (Please read #3)

We will charge 30% restocking fee and return shipping charge.

Customers must inform BeBeLove USA Inc. of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice so we may investigate and resolve the situations accordingly.


Refund:

1) . Handling fees or charges such as shipping charges or credit card charges will not be reimbursed.

Restocking Fee:

1) There will be a 30% restock fee for all return merchandise and cancelled orders.   

Claims: When filing a claim, please state the product number, invoice number, delivery address, and a detail description of defective part. For faster services, please attach a photo with the claim. Please submit all claims via email only.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number:

1) All return merchandise need to have a return merchandise authorization number. We will not accept any return merchandise without an RMA number.  
2) Please fill out the RMA form along with a picture of the damages to process the claim faster.

RMA Policy:

  1. Please complete all information above and fax/submit it back along with the copy of the original invoice before an RMA number can be issued. 
    2) RMA number is valid for 10 days after issuance for all products.  
    3) BeBeLove USA Inc will send all spare parts needed if the defective is fixable. If it is not,
    BeBeLove USA Inc will replace all defective products within 7 days from the day we received the returned products. However, this does not apply to any discontinued products or stocks that are not available at the time of claims. 
    4) All shipped items must clearly indicate the RMA number on the box and include a copy of the original invoice and this request form.  
    5) BeBeLove USA Inc will issue an RMA number within 24 ~ 48 hours upon receiving your request.  
    6) BeBeLove USA Inc will not accept any return products without an RMA number. No exceptions. We reserve the right not to issue an RMA number to anyone 
    7) If, for any reason, a product is shipped back without a RMA number, BeBeLove USA Inc. will not refund any money (that includes shipping charge and cost of goods) back to customers.
